Hi Everyone! Hope you are all enjoying this beautiful weather.
We are fully taking advantage of all this weather and are spending
a lot of time outside. Jakep is doing great in Karate and will
be starting Kindergarten soon. Emma is great and we are just
waiting for her to start walking. Mark and I are doing well just
enjoying the kids and also our super hyper dog, Jimmy. Take care.
Current Job
I am currently assigned as a Help Desk technician. The help desk is the base's focal point for problem resolution and is
the unit
workgroup manager's point of contact for problems they cannot resolve. A typical help desk has several functions. It provides
the users
a central point to received help on various computer issues. The help desk typically manages its requests via help desk software,
such
as Remedy, that allows them to track user requests with a unique ticket number. The user notifies the help desk his or her
issue, and
the help desk issues a ticket that has details of the problem. If the first level is a able to solve the issue, the ticket
is closed
and updated with documentation of thesolution to allow other help desk technicians to reference. If the issue needs to be
escalated,
it will be dispathed to a second level i.e. Small Computer Support or System Administration.

Mark Mendez
Active duty in the U.S. Air Force. Works as an Intel Analyst. He enjoys golf, running, football,
baseball
and spending time with the kids
Jakep Mendez
Will be attending Kindergarten this coming Fall. Currently has a green/white belt in Karate. Loves
his Transformers, Dinosaurs, Spiderman and Captain Crunch.
Emma Mendez
Actively crawling and standing. Loves her peas,carrots and corn. Enjoys playing with her big brother.
